CHANGING THE PROPTECH SPACE FOREVER
We looked at what else was available on the market. It was blah.
PDFs, nonsense from America or very complicated apps that produce very difficult to understand inspection reports.
So… we built our own inspection software that’s available nowhere else on earth.
It’s catered to Middle Eastern properties which is a world-first, and it’s specifically designed so that our teams can find more than anyone else when they’re on the ground.
And while our Property Report Cards are the most-detailed on earth, they’re also a world-first in that they’re so simple that absolutely anyone can understand and action them.
COLLABORATING WITH DATA PIONEERS
We recently partnered with data intelligence platform Lumenore.com who analyse millions of anonymised data points collected from our property inspections. It means we can look at maintenence and property trends across the UAE unlike anyone else.
It helps us show developers, brokers and buyers where properties, developments and certain locations are falling short and how they can improve moving forward.
This also allows us to predict what your home's condition may be in in say 12, 18 or 24 months time and help you better prepare for what may come down the line.
So yes, what we're essentially saying is that our world-first tech partnered with Lumenore’s expert data analysis allows us to predict the future.

Quite simply because what we wanted didn't exist. We wanted to build something innovative in the proeprty industry that benefits everyone: buyers, sellers, brokers, developers and researchers. We think we've done that.
