We started Property Check because we've been victims of crappy homes. We don't know a single person in the UAE who hasn't had a problem somewhere down the line whether it be renting, buying, selling or owning a property.
We've two decades of construction, maintenence and technology experience.
We decided to combine all three, build some world-first technology and launch Property Check into the world.

For us property inspections and property snagging isn’t just about turning up and giving you a report afterwards. We like to help out with developers, help out with brokers, give advice on contractors or even advise where your next property investment should be.
You can call us a day after your Property Check, a month after, a year after, whatever. You can come into our lovely showroom on Umm Suqueim Street and have a coffee and set the world to rights with us. Buying property is stressful, and if we can help with any part of it, we will. And we do, every day.
